Shipping policy

Kessler Clothing Company offers free standard shipping on eligible orders unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Because many products are made to order, orders require production time before shipping. Processing and fulfillment times may vary depending on the product, supplier, order volume, and inventory availability.

Estimated Processing and Delivery

Orders arrive in 5-14 days on average with free shipping on every item; some production items such as footwear may arrive in 14-21 days on average due to complexity and quality control. These timeframes are strictly on average and can vary on a per-order basis. Because we use expert fulfillment centers for different products, your order may arrive in multiple packages. Each one will be carefully inspected and tracked for you. Estimated arrival times vary depending on bulk item quantity and uniqueness of order. Expect an extra delivery day if arrival window occurs during a federal holiday.

Split Shipments

Some orders may ship in separate packages if items are fulfilled by different production partners or locations. Customers may receive more than one tracking number for the same order.

Tracking

When tracking is available, customers will receive tracking information by email after the order ships.

Tracking may take time to update after the carrier receives the package.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout. Kessler Clothing Company is not responsible for packages shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

If an order is unable to be delivered due to an incorrect address, refusal of delivery, or failure to claim the package, additional shipping or replacement costs may apply.
