Refund policy
Kessler Clothing Company products are made to order. Because of this, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, incorrect size selection, change of mind, or orders placed by mistake.
Customers are responsible for reviewing the product description, size chart, color options, and order details before completing checkout.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
• Accessories
• Items ordered in the wrong size or color
• Items returned due to buyer’s remorse
• Worn, washed, altered, or damaged items
• Items with odors, stains, pet hair, or signs of use
• Underwear and other intimate apparel
• Socks once opened, worn, or used
• Swim suits or other swimwear
• Final sale or promotional items
• Gift cards
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If an item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@wearkessler.com
To review the issue, customers must provide:
• Order number
• Full name and email used at checkout
• Clear photos of the issue
• Photos of the packaging, if relevant
• A short description of the problem
Approved claims may be eligible for a replacement or store credit depending on the issue and fulfillment review.
Kessler Clothing reserves the right to deny claims that cannot be verified, are submitted late, or involve normal wear, customer damage, incorrect sizing, or buyer’s remorse.
Return Shipping
If a return is approved, customers may be required to ship the item to the return address provided by Kessler Clothing. The customer is responsible for the cost and facilitation of shipping the returned item.

Customers must provide a valid tracking number for any approved return shipment. Kessler Clothing Company is not responsible for return packages that are lost, delayed, or shipped without tracking.
Order Changes and Cancellations
Orders may only be changed or cancelled before they enter production. Because products are made to order, changes and cancellations may not be possible once fulfillment has started.
This includes changes to size, color, shipping address, product selection, or order cancellation.
